1. Order food from your fave restaurant and make it ~fancy~
We’re definitely the kind of people who eat our takeaway food straight out of the bag or box (because who wants more dishes??). But this Valentine’s Day, make it special! Set the table, put the food on a plate, light a few candles and you’re good to go! Thai takeaway instantly elevated.
2. Order flowers
While flower shops may be closed at the moment, many are still doing delivery. Support your local shops and order a bouquet- or better yet, a plant that will last much longer.
3. Make a fun dessert
What better way to celebrate the day of love than with some tasty treats?! I’ve been really into Half Baked Harvest’s recipes lately, and this year I’m between making these snickers bars and these brownies for a fun dessert!
4. Write love letters to each other.
I know this is a bit cringe, but I think it’s actually a really sweet idea! What better day to profess your love than Valentine’s Day? Make a list of the things you love about your partner or some of your favourite memories. It can be a keepsake for years to come!
5. Have a spa day
Light some candles, put on some chill music and create your own spa! Face masks, massage, bubble bath – whatever helps you feel zen.
6. Hang out with other couples online
Are you two extroverts who are feeling a little…bored? Mix things up and plan a double-date over FaceTime! Open a bottle of wine, play a game, or just enjoy catching up!
7. Dance it out
Do you feel like dancing the night away? Try watching some YouTube tutorials together and learn some new moves! (MadFit has some really fun dance workout vids!)

I definitely want to FaceTime for the dancing!😉
